Validierungsmeldung

A VAT breakdown (BG-23) with the VAT Category code (BT-118) "Export outside the EU" shall have a VAT exemption reason code (BT-121), meaning "Export outside the EU" or the VAT exemption reason text (BT-120) "Export outside the EU" (or the equivalent standard text in another language).

Erklärung

Bei der USt-Aufschlüsselung mit Kategorie 'Ausfuhrlieferung außerhalb der EU' muss ein Befreiungsgrund (BT-120 als Text oder BT-121 als Code aus CEF VATEX) angegeben werden.

Lösung

Befreiungsgrund (Text oder VATEX-Code) in der USt-Aufschlüsselung ergänzen.

Pflichtangabe nach §14 Abs. 4 Nr. 8 UStG. Eine fehlende oder fehlerhafte Angabe kann den Vorsteuerabzug des Empfängers gefährden.
