What happens when I reach my limit?
Your requests will be paused until the next billing cycle. No surprise charges, ever. You can upgrade your plan at any time to continue immediately.
What counts as an action?
One API call is one action. Validating, creating, or sending an invoice all count the same. PDF scanning (OCR) is more compute-intensive and counts as five actions. Your dashboard shows your current usage.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel with one click in your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately and you get the full new budget. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
