Explanation

The net price of a line must not be negative. Discounts are stated as an allowance, and returns or refunds as a negative quantity or as a separate document such as a credit note.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice that shows the reduction as an allowance, a negative quantity or a separate credit note instead of a negative price.
