Each Document level charge (BG-21) shall have a Document level charge amount (BT-99).
Explanation
The invoice contains a charge on the invoice total, such as shipping or packaging, but without an amount.
How to fix
Ask the seller for a corrected invoice that states the charge amount. When it is missing, the seller's invoicing software is usually the cause.
