Each Item attribute (BG-32) shall contain an Item attribute name (BT-160) and an Item attribute value (BT-161).

Explanation

When an item attribute is given, it needs both a name and a value, for example 'Colour' and 'Blue'.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice in which every item attribute has a name and a value. When it is missing, the seller's invoicing software is usually the cause.
