Each Preceding Invoice reference (BG-3) shall contain a Preceding Invoice reference (BT-25).

Explanation

When the invoice references an earlier invoice (BG-3) — for example as a correction or credit note — the preceding invoice number (BT-25) must be given.

Set the preceding invoice number (BT-25).
