Each Deliver to address (BG-15) shall contain a Deliver to country code (BT-80).
Explanation
The invoice gives a delivery address but no country. The country must be given as a two-letter country code, such as DE or FR.
How to fix
Ask the seller for a corrected invoice whose delivery address states the country.
