Explanation

EN 16931 allows only six file types for embedded attachments: PDF (application/pdf), PNG (image/png), JPEG (image/jpeg), CSV (text/csv), Excel (application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.spreadsheetml.sheet) and OpenDocument spreadsheet (application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.spreadsheet). It must be written exactly like that. Other types, XML or Word included, are not allowed.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice that carries the attachment in one of the allowed formats, most simply as a PDF. An attachment in another format can be referenced by a link instead of being embedded.
