Validation message

If Invoicing period (BG-14) is used, the Invoicing period start date (BT-73) or the Invoicing period end date (BT-74) shall be filled, or both.

Explanation

Where an invoicing period is given, EN 16931 requires at least a start date or an end date; both are possible. A period without any date says nothing.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice that states the start, the end or both, or leaves out the empty period.
