Each Document level charge (BG-21) shall contain a Document level charge reason (BT-104) or a Document level charge reason code (BT-105), or both.

Explanation

Every charge on the whole invoice must state a reason under EN 16931: as text, as a code, or both. Without one, it isn't clear what the amount is for.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice that states a reason. A short text such as ‘Shipping costs’ is enough.
