Eine Rechnung (INVOICE) muss Angaben zu "PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS" (BG-16) enthalten.

Explanation

XRechnung requires every invoice to state how it is paid, for example by credit transfer with an IBAN, by direct debit or by card. This applies even when it has already been paid. Without it, the buyer's system can't prepare the payment automatically.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice that states the payment method and, for a transfer, its bank account.
