Explanation

XRechnung requires a contact point at the seller with a name, phone number and email address, for the buyer to turn to with questions. These details are missing entirely. Traditional VAT law has no such requirement, which is why they are often left out. The contact point need not be a person: a department such as ‘Accounting’ with a central phone number and a shared email address is enough.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice with the name, phone number and email address of its contact point.
