Explanation

XRechnung requires a complete contact block on the seller side — the name, phone number, and email of your own contact point, the one the buyer reaches out to with questions. All three are mandatory; one alone is not enough. Traditional VAT law doesn't require these details.

How to fix

Add your own contact point with name, phone, and email. Set it once in your company profile and it carries into every invoice.
