Das Element "Specification identifier" (BT-24) soll syntaktisch der Kennung des Standards XRechnung entsprechen.
Explanation
Every e-invoice names the specification it was made to. For an XRechnung, this identifier must exactly match one of the XRechnung identifiers, such as urn:cen.eu:en16931:2017#compliant#urn:xeinkauf.de:kosit:xrechnung_3.0. Another version, a typo or an addition doesn't match.
How to fix
Ask the seller for a corrected invoice with the identifier of the current XRechnung version.
