Explanation
XRechnung expects the seller's contact point to have a phone number of at least three digits. If there is no phone number at all, this appears together with the notice about the missing phone number, and a complete number fixes both.
How to fix
Ask the seller for a corrected invoice with a complete phone number for its contact point.
