Explanation
XRechnung requires an email address for your own contact point (BT-43) — the primary channel for invoice questions, independently of the phone number. A shared address such as invoices@your-company.com is fine.
How to fix
Add your own contact email address. Set it once in your company profile and it carries into every invoice.
