Explanation

The XRechnung extension provides for third-party payments: amounts the seller collects on behalf of someone else. Each third-party payment must state its amount, otherwise the amount due can't be checked.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice in which every third-party payment states its amount.
