Explanation
Under the French e-invoicing rules, invoice numbers (this invoice's number as well as that of an earlier invoice the invoice or one of its lines refers to) may contain only letters (A–Z, a–z), digits and the characters + - _ /. Spaces, full stops, accented letters and other special characters are not allowed. The requirement comes from the French e-invoicing rules, not from EN 16931.
How to fix
Ask the seller for a corrected invoice in which the invoice number concerned uses only these characters. For an earlier invoice's number, it is worth comparing it with that invoice: often a space or punctuation mark crept in when the number was copied.
