Explanation

French invoices must contain three statements required by French commercial law (Code de commerce), as notes with a fixed subject code: PMT for the flat-rate fee for recovery costs (40 euros in France), PMD for late-payment penalties and AAB for the early-payment discount or a statement that none is granted. At least one of them is missing. The requirement comes from the French e-invoicing rules, not from EN 16931.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice with all three statements as notes with the codes PMT, PMD and AAB. If the seller grants no discount, a sentence such as 'No discount for early payment' is enough for AAB.
