Explanation
The invoice is marked as business-to-business (a note with subject code BAR and the value B2B). It must then state the buyer's SIREN: its 9-digit company number, as the legal registration number with scheme 0002. The requirement comes from the French e-invoicing rules, not from EN 16931.
How to fix
Ask the seller for a corrected invoice that states the buyer's 9-digit SIREN; give it to the seller if it doesn't have it. If the buyer isn't a French company, the B2B marking is wrong; B2BINT is then correct.
