Explanation

Lifecycle status messages (“cycle de vie”) are part of the French e-invoicing system: platforms and parties use them to report what happened to an invoice. Which role the issuer of the message may have depends on the message type. For a transmission step (305) it has to be a platform (WK). For a processing step (23) its role has to be one of: BY, AB, DL, SE, SR, PE, PR, II or IV.

How to fix

Ask the sender of the status message for a corrected message. Status messages are usually generated automatically by the sender's platform or software, so the fault lies there, not in anything typed in.
