Explanation

Lifecycle status messages (“cycle de vie”) are part of the French e-invoicing system: platforms and parties use them to report what happened to an invoice. When a progress code is given, it has to fit the message type: for a processing step (23) one of 45, 39, 37, 50, 49, 47, 46, 1 or 5, for a transmission step (305) one of 10, 51, 43, 8 or 48. The code may also be left out.

How to fix

Ask the sender of the status message for a corrected message. Status messages are usually generated automatically by the sender's platform or software, so the fault lies there, not in anything typed in.
