Chaque identifiant global du vendeur (BT-29) doit avoir un attribut schemeID (BT-29-1).

Explanation

This rule covers two checks for every global identifier (seller, buyer, payee, deliver-to, agent, etc.): (1) when a global identifier is present, it must carry a schemeID; (2) each schemeID may appear only once in the private identifier list.

How to fix

Add the schemeID attribute or remove duplicate schemeIDs.
