Explanation
The invoice uses a French billing framework for combined invoices of several sellers (S8, B8, M8) or for two-way invoices (S9, B9, M9). In it, each group line without a parent line is one seller's sub-invoice, and the lines below it belong to it. Every line has to state its sub-invoice number (an object identifier with scheme AFL), and a line with a parent line the same one as its parent. For at least one line the number is missing or differs from its parent line's. The requirement comes from the French e-invoicing rules (standard XP Z12-012), not from EN 16931.
How to fix
Ask the seller for a corrected invoice in which every line carries its sub-invoice number.
