In an Invoice with a VAT breakdown (BG-23) where the VAT category code (BT-118) is "Intra-community supply" the Deliver to country code (BT-80) shall not be blank.

Explanation

For an intra-community supply, EN 16931 requires a delivery address with a country code: the country the goods are delivered to. This applies even when delivery is to the buyer's own address.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice that states the delivery address with its country; when delivering to the buyer itself, the buyer's address.
