Datumsangaben in UBL müssen im Format JJJJ-MM-TT (YYYY-MM-DD) übermittelt werden.

Explanation

In UBL, every date must be sent exactly as YYYY-MM-DD (e.g. 2026-10-05) — without a time or time zone. XRechnung currently reports deviations as a warning.

How to fix

Send dates without a time or time-zone suffix. (Typically a software-side issue, not user input — raise this with your invoicing software vendor; if you're receiving the invoice, ask the sender to address it with theirs.)
