Explanation

EN 16931 knows only VAT as a tax type. Where a tax entry on the invoice states a tax type, it must therefore be VAT; here another tax type is given. Other levies, such as energy or excise duties, belong on the invoice as a charge.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice whose tax entries are marked as VAT. This is usually an error in the invoicing software.
