Explanation

Every invoice must state exactly once which specification it follows, such as EN 16931, XRechnung or a Factur-X profile. This tells the recipient which rules apply to the invoice. Here it is missing or appears more than once.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice that names exactly one specification. The error usually comes from the seller's invoicing software, not from data entry.
