CII-SR-210
Validation message
Explanation
For this invoice format, the EN 16931 standard defines which data may appear, how often, and which is required. The invoice departs from this. Most often it contains an additional entry the standard doesn't provide for; the invoice can still be correct in substance. But an entry may also appear more often than allowed, or a required entry may be missing. The validation message names the entry concerned.
How to fix
If a required entry is missing or an entry appears more than once, ask the seller for a corrected invoice. For an additional entry the standard doesn't provide for, a note to the seller is usually enough so they have their invoicing software adjusted. The error usually comes from the seller's invoicing software, not from data entry.
