Explanation

Under the EN 16931 standard, the seller's contact point is a single field. The invoice, however, gives both a person and a department for it. Only one of the two is allowed.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice that names either a person or a department as the seller's contact point. To show both, they can be combined into one value, such as 'Accounts – Maria Muster'.
