Explanation

For payment by credit transfer (payment means code 30 or 58), every payment route given must contain a payee account (BT-84) — an IBAN or another account identifier. This is your own account that the buyer pays into.

How to fix

Enter your IBAN on every credit-transfer payment route. Without an IBAN (e.g. a non-SEPA account), use that account's usual account number.
