Explanation

A document-level allowance or charge (BG-20/BG-21) belongs to exactly one VAT category with one rate (BT-95/BT-96). Several tax entries on the same allowance are not allowed. (The rule's original message is worded imprecisely; what it checks is the repetition.)

How to fix

If an allowance covers lines with different VAT rates, split it into several allowances — one per rate.
