The element "Seller post code" (BT-38) shall be provided.

Explanation

The seller's postal address must include a postal code. Together with the city, this ensures the seller can be unambiguously identified.

How to fix

Add the postal code to the seller's address.

This field is required by §14 Abs. 4 Nr. 1 UStG. A missing or incorrect value may affect input VAT deduction (Vorsteuerabzug) for the recipient.
