For the Greek Suppliers, the VAT must start with 'EL' and must be a valid TIN number

Explanation

Greek VAT IDs start with the prefix EL, not the ISO country code GR, followed by the 9-digit Greek tax number (AFM) with a valid check digit. The Greek seller's VAT ID doesn't match this.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice that states its VAT ID as EL followed by 9 digits.
