Explanation

When the seller's address is in Iceland and payment is by bank claim (krafa, payment means 9), the payment details must contain a 12-digit account ID: bank number, ledger 66 and account number.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice with the complete 12-digit ID of the claim.
