Validation message

For suppliers in the Netherlands, the legal entity identifier MUST be either a KVK or OIN number (schemeID 0106 or 0190)

Explanation

When a Dutch seller states a legal registration identifier, it must be marked as a Dutch Chamber of Commerce number (KVK, code 0106) or as an OIN, the identifier of Dutch public bodies (code 0190), and must not be empty. A number marked otherwise, such as a GLN, is not enough.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice with its KVK number as its legal registration identifier, or its OIN for a public body.
