Swedish organization number MUST be stated in the correct format.

Explanation

A number on the invoice – a party's electronic address, identifier or registration number – is marked as a Swedish organisation number. It consists of exactly 10 digits without a hyphen, the last of which is a check digit. This number has a different format, or the check digit doesn't match.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice that states the organisation number as 10 digits, such as 5566778899 instead of 556677-8899 – not the Swedish VAT ID with SE in front. If it is the buyer's number, give the seller the correct one.
