Explanation

PEPPOL allows only certain file types for embedded attachments, such as PDF, PNG, JPEG, CSV, Excel or OpenDocument spreadsheets. An attachment is labelled with a different file type.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice whose attachments use a permitted format, usually PDF. This usually comes from the seller's invoicing software, not from data entry.
