Explanation

PEPPOL recognises the business process only from an identifier in the format urn:fdc:peppol.eu:2017:poacc:billing:NN:1.0, where NN is a two-digit process number. The identifier is missing or does not follow this format. For ordinary billing it is urn:fdc:peppol.eu:2017:poacc:billing:01:1.0.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice with the business process urn:fdc:peppol.eu:2017:poacc:billing:01:1.0, unless something else was agreed. This usually comes from the seller's invoicing software, not from data entry.
