Explanation

PEPPOL and XRechnung require the buyer's electronic address, where the invoice is delivered. In the PEPPOL network this is its PEPPOL participant identifier, for German public-sector buyers usually the Leitweg-ID (their routing identifier), otherwise often an e-mail address.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice that states the buyer's electronic address. If the seller doesn't know it, give it to them.
