Explanation

PEPPOL and XRechnung require the seller's electronic address, where the buyer can reach the seller electronically. In the PEPPOL network this is its PEPPOL participant identifier, otherwise often an e-mail address.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice that states its electronic address, such as its PEPPOL identifier or an e-mail address.
