Validation message

Swedish organisation numbers should be numeric.

Explanation

If the seller is based in Sweden, its legal registration number (organisation number) must consist of digits. The common form with a hyphen, such as 556677-8899, is therefore rejected. The requirement comes from the Swedish rules of PEPPOL BIS Billing 3.0.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice that states its organisation number as digits only, e.g. 5566778899.
