Swedish organisation numbers consist of 10 characters.

Explanation

If the seller is based in Sweden, its legal registration number (organisation number) must be exactly 10 characters long. The requirement comes from the Swedish rules of PEPPOL BIS Billing 3.0.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice that states its 10-digit organisation number, without a hyphen or country prefix.
