For Swedish suppliers using Bankgiro, the Account ID must be numeric

Explanation

If the seller is based in Sweden and gives Bankgiro as the payment route (credit transfer marked SE:BANKGIRO), the account number must consist of digits. Bankgiro numbers are usually written with a hyphen (e.g. 123-4567); on the invoice only the digits go in. The requirement comes from the Swedish rules of PEPPOL BIS Billing 3.0.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice with the Bankgiro number without hyphens or spaces. A payment to a wrongly stated number may fail.
