For domestic transactions between Swedish trading partners, credit transfer should be indicated by PaymentMeansCode="30"

Explanation

The seller and the buyer are both based in Sweden, and the invoice gives the payment means as code 31. Between Swedish trading partners, a credit transfer is stated with payment means code 30. The requirement comes from the Swedish rules of PEPPOL BIS Billing 3.0.

How to fix

Ask the seller to use payment means code 30 for credit transfers in future; the payment details themselves stay the same.
