Validation message

The last digit of a Swedish organization number must be valid according to the Luhn algorithm.

Explanation

If the seller is based in Sweden, the last digit of its legal registration number (organisation number) must be a valid check digit under the Luhn algorithm. Usually it is a typo. The requirement comes from the Swedish rules of PEPPOL BIS Billing 3.0.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice with its correct organisation number; it can be checked in the Swedish companies register (Bolagsverket).
