Explanation
The invoice contains a piece of information that the invoice format knows but the European standard EN 16931 does not provide for, such as a time with the invoice date, extra identifiers or details of a reference. Usually the seller's invoicing software adds such data by itself. The invoice can still be correct in substance, but the receiving system doesn't have to process this data, so it may be ignored.
How to fix
Let the seller know that its invoicing software outputs data the standard doesn't provide for. If the information concerned also appears elsewhere on the invoice, nothing needs correcting in substance.
