Explanation
If a file is embedded in the invoice (for example a delivery note as PDF), its file name must be stated. The requirement comes from EN 16931.
How to fix
Ask the seller for a corrected invoice in which every embedded attachment has a file name. This is usually down to the seller's invoicing software.
