Explanation

The invoice breaks a structural rule that the European standard EN 16931 sets for this invoice format. Usually a piece of information appears more than once that may appear only once, such as the contract number, the invoicing period or a party's name; less often a related piece of information is missing or two of them don't match. Such errors almost always arise in the seller's invoicing software, not from data entry.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice and let it know that its invoicing software doesn't output this information as the standard requires. Repeated information can usually be merged into one.
