Each Seller tax representative party (BG-11) shall have a Seller tax representative VAT identifier (BT-63).
Explanation
When the invoice names a tax representative of the seller, it must also state the representative's own VAT ID, through which the VAT is handled.
How to fix
Ask the seller for a corrected invoice that states its tax representative's VAT ID.
