The element "Seller contact point" (BT-41) shall be provided.

Explanation

XRechnung requires a named contact point on the seller side (BT-41). This is not an automated mailbox but a person or function (e.g., 'Accounting' or 'Mrs Smith') the buyer can reach out to with questions.

How to fix

Add the contact name or function (BT-41).

This field is required by §14 Abs. 4 Nr. 1 UStG. A missing or incorrect value may affect input VAT deduction (Vorsteuerabzug) for the recipient.
